Change pump vp44 audi a6 2.5tdi need immo off in EDC15VM+ 29F400

I have changed the pump electronic module VP44.
The car is audi a6 2.5 tdi with ECU edc15vm+ D14 4B2 907 401 J (Bosch 0 281 010 822) sw1037367153
I need Immo off in ECU. Org .bin-file attached.
I trijed login vcds not ok
