Can anyone provide a code from serial for this model please?

It is titled 7" but the green QR code on the inside green circuitboard is labelled 5 in

Codes 1154 (using last four digits 8364 from label ) and codes 3641 and 1324 ( using last four digits 2601 from inside green QR code have all been tried but do not work.

Final Update

Yes...there was another QR CODE SQUARE found in the corner of the circuitboard which read 0290 giving the working code = 2113
