Ktag 7.020 blocked?

Hi!
Please help Ktag 7.020 blocked.?
I wasn't paying attention and the wireless stayed on.
When I connect the USB, Windows recognizes something, but only the "Info"-"Options" and "Help" buttons are active, I can't go any further...
If I connect the Kess (everything works fine here), unplug the USB and connect the Ktag, I can search for the ECU and Protocol, but everything remains gray
It can be seen in the attached pictures.
Anyone who has already practiced this, please help a little with the solution.

format sd card inside. reinstall the sd card and reinstall ksuite or update file to rest the ktag

which fw 7.020 get blocked from internet ON? all of this tools (ktag 7.020 and kess 5.017) work with i ternet ON without problem
