Volvo V60 D3/D4 Decoding???

Hi, i have a volvo v60 2012 and see BSR do decoding, but is this to make it able to do tuning thru obd?

And my next question is... this is a Bosch EDC17CP22 or 48.

Is it safe to Read/Write with KTAG Clone?
Or should it stay away with clone on this car?

A couple of CP22 and CP48 I was read with Ktag clone without any problems.
But if you can get some verified tool e.g. Flex, AutoTuner, original Ktag... use it :)
