Is there a solution to "CAN CHECK OFF"? I do not have a car. I have to send the device to a friend and then I can write if the code works or not. THX!

On ORIGINAL dump and on CAN off dump there is the same situation. I can not enter the code and radio showing those information. First showing FIAT logo within ~15 seconds. Is counter reset needed?
