Key coding on Chrysler PT Cruiser

Can anyone recommend a device that can code keys on a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser "Limited"(2.0 AT).

The original keys were stolen.
I have a new set of transponder keys, I have the skim code.
I have tried a Chinese T300 key coding device, but get coms failure and cannot complete the coding.

Can anyone recommend another device I can try ?
