hyster forklift hours

Don't know what model is, I've got only 'dash', but I think it is very old one. Hour meter is very small (pcb is 3.5x1.5cm) and very well glued in rubber like some cars ecu.
The only thing that hours could be stored in is big black spot under the display. Is there any way to change the hours?

Why need original hours, this one you cant reprogram.

I have ori hours - I switched on meter on the table. But it seems impossible to change.
