Does anybody know where i can get key codes from VIN number to cut using a machine. Is there a service like that for locksmiths?

That service does exist for some makes for locksmiths. Do you need a locksmith in Sacramento?

No, Im actually doing a lot of car electrical work and get a lot of cars that need to cut and program keys. i got a locksmith licence and tools to do the job, now learning how to do this stuff. i heard that you could cut keys by code from a dealer or somewhere and they give you from your VIN number so im researching.... thanx for the links

you can only obtain the key code from the main dealer,in uk you have to produce the log book, ie car ducument,+letter of consent from the customer,not a %100 way,since lots of dealers dont like to supply you with key codes, if you get a key code from customer(usually printed on the service manul ,on a sticker)post here,then i can give you the bitting.on gm cars,you can extract the key code from the cars ecu/immo,with ad100pro,or most key programming tools.
