All I managed to read is Cflash in mcu... when trying to read Dflash it throws an error.. I am using VVDI prog

Your file read bad,and you need read dflash.

hi mate i try to read d-flash with xprog but i' ve always vcc pin overloaded error on xprog.
i try to supply ecu by 12v pinout on connector but i've same error.
when i supply ecu on vcc jtag pinout iìve 3.3v but xprog do 5v output.
it's possible thet is the problem?
someone have same problem or solution?

12 Volts to the circuit for Vcc? I think that is way too high. You have not tried at lower default voltages of the programmer? 4. something volt?

no mate 12 volt on ecu connector plug.
and i see thet when i supply ecu from connector i mesured on jtag vcc 3.3 volt and not 5 as xprog output
on xprog i can't see some function to lower vcc output.
i try to put some diode or resistor on vcc but i've comunication error not overloaded error anymore

Ok you didn't mention the 3 and 5 volts in your post before only 12. That's why i thought you used 12

No need to read RH850, just clean 95128 and use diagnostic tools to complete, note: not just clear DTC
