Audi A3 Hard Start problem

Can somebody help me, i have Audi A3 2.0 TDI 170HP BMN it's hard to start the first time, but starts normal when it's been running for a minute and also is having white smoke coming from exhaust but it's not much, here is also the original ecu dump
