View Full Version : Hino DX soft & Hino engine K13C

I have program Hino diagnostic explorer and nexiq Usb-link.

Today I was trying to diagnose Hino SG1... with engine K13C CR 2000 year.

Soft Hino DX unable to connect to the motor.
The program writes the connection to fail. Drivers are installed correctly. Nexiq in the program is registered correctly.

How to fix the connection problem?

Connection is not the real reason that you can't diagnose!

My situation is similar with you.
1998 HINO FR1K with engine K13C.
Software is HDX2.0.3

It could not diagnose the vehicle.

I heared about that they can not find any tool to diagnose this engine even the original factory.

maybe be you can solve it...with the nexiq Device tester
try in different protocols and then see in the software list to see if its covered.

I heared about that they can not find any tool to diagnose this engine even the original factory.
In my opinion,You can't not diagnostic K13c engine with Hino eXplorer ,if it is not common rail system.
It only can use the box someone call it pager,if it is the te system or HD-TICS system.
You have the HDX2.0.3,Is it the international verson?
Can you share with me?

anybody can help how i can read errors on hino 258 engine:jo8-tv, with nexiq usb link and hino diagnostic explorer

drivers is ok but failure code can't be read

These motors are read or DST-1, or try to HDX 3.0
I also tried the J-08C they do not read software version 2. ***
