Peugeot 308 B9 Radio crazy

I have a Peugeot 308 B9 with a touch screen, at any time the radio stops working and the navigator does not load.
I have looked at errors with Diagbox and I get the following in FMUX:
U1F3E 87
U1F18 88
B1004 1C

Can someone help me locate the problem with this car?

I have tried with diagbox but it does not let me download.
Tomorrow I have an appointment at the Peugeot dealership to see if that solves it
