vw suran km correction

Hello, help me to lower km of a vw suran year 2018, from 210179 KM to 140000 KM. It has a 24c64 eeprom.

I'm not sure but i think its OBD only or even you need to prepare eeprom with S-key for that. You need stronger tools like X-Tool and Digiprog 4 and Smok

Edit: My mistake didn't see pictures, i think you need to do by OBD because mileage is in Eeprom and NEC processor
