Freelander YAC501150 2K38K full dump

Hello,
I have a broken Freelander dash to repair.
MCU is dead, so I ordered a new one.
Now I need a full flash and eeprom in ETL format to repair it:

L314 04
LR0018-006
YAC501150
S0214
UK-NSI

MCU is 912D60A with 2K38K maskset.

Can anybody help me, please?

Or even better a regular bin flash file (64kb or 60kb ize) - I read a new MCU with R270+ and Orange5
