bosch mp9 2.0 map and 1.8 map required

hi group i need help want tomap my vw bosch mp9 ecu from 1.4 to ether 1.8 or 2.0 ive got the 27c512 eprom 32pin otp can any assist me with the map files for this ecu ill buy new proms to program aswell ive attached pic of the prom for info
