Toyota Yaris all keys lost, bosch 89661-0d210

Hi, I have a all keys lost situation with a Toyota Yaris, ECU- bosch 89661-0d210.
I have a new ignition with keys which is installed.

I have DE-soldered the 95080 from the board and it can be read, can anyone help with info on how to virginise it.

Hi, I'm still looking for help or some direction on this. Not sure if Im missing something on the file posted in reply? Do I have to pay something somewhere to get a password.
Or can someone point me in the right direction?
Or if someone can tell me if its even possible for this, info on it seems to be thin, best i can work out is immo off isn't possible but virgin should be. But no one seems to give much info on how.
Its looking like i may have to find a donor ecu with keys and ignition.
As far as i can tell this should be plug and play with no vin coding necessary Can anyone confirm this?
