I am attempting to do 2018 Macan 95640 chip (from what I have read).. I am getting to chip, do I need to remove needles?

ori 103388 miles need to be 63300 miles

Can I ask what software you guys use for this ?
It's encrypted, so brain.exe maybe not first tool for this ��
