Ive been looking at corsa c , 2003 year ,+ a non starter.Its a 1.2petrol with bosch ecu 0 261 207 962.

OP-COM - KW2000 Communication Window> 2003|Corsa-C|Body|Immobiliser II

B3040 - Communication Malfunction on W-line
(00) - Present

B3059 - No Engine Request Received
(00) - Present

U2105 - CAN-Bus no Communication with ECM (Engine Control Module)

None of these faults will clear, ive checked clocks for loose plug, checked+run an earth to ecu. I cant access engine ecu,only the above ecus.

Spoke to main dealer+ tech. reckons im probably right condeming engine ecu(any problems on W line (german for immobiliser) is always engine ecu).

Anyone had same faults ?, im going to send off ecu , but ?50 to test +not many companies will look at this ecu. So i thought id post this out of curiosity.

Best to pin out ecu, live and earths and communication and immobiliser line if all, present get reset unit off ebay and program using op-com m8. On this model you can read security code from instrument cluster using op-com, Then you can program ecu using security code and op-com

Yeh checked pin outs only live+ earths, stupid favour job( i get too many !) Thought about e bay ,mmm.
If i was being paid id probably be bit more up for it !!

damm, just got in head like a bit of meat,

look for ecu testing, ivybridge devon, they do diesels downstais and petrols upstairs, have a look if not i'll post link when head stops spinning (had not fix of DK, but did get a teaspoon of 'acetone' to sniff, but brake cleaner smells better, and dosn't runin your nail varnish.)
