Car started ok

Again same car...
After engine washing car not start, costumer get another set (ecu,bsi,key,engine fuse box,instrument cluster) , still not start
Immo off ok, engine starts but no turn signals, no high beam lights, no wiper and radio no power (with other set same but wipers work and clima not work)
Fuses are all ok,Any info?
