Hello,

I notice that many DK members are not native speakers (as me myself), especially in the garage section where I use to hang out.
Does it make sense to provide a spell check before posting or would this be just a waste of resources?

Thanx for your comments.

I had no idea we had a spell checker on the forum. Are you sure?

I have only ever hovered over the "blue tick" & seen that it is a "spell checker", never actually used it until you said this.

Just tried it now & it seems you have to download & install the "ispell" file to get the blue spell check button to actually work, but it was quite painless & took less than 1 min...

Ah...I use Firefox so that's why I don't see it.

But I also use the 'British English Dictionary' addon which underlines words that are spelt wrong on any website. ;)
