Mercedes ML W164 limp mode P2089 exhaust back pressure is to high

Mercedes ML W164 280 CDI EDC16Cp31,car came with limp mode fault is P2089-1 exhaust back pressure is to high
back pressure sensor next to EGR is stuck in high readings,even when engine not running,but in my country sensor can be found not earlier then 10 days.DPF fiter is also removed phisically.
is this sensor connected with EGR System,will EGR OFF also remove the limp mode and this code

the codes p2089 is related to dpf back pressure sensor so more than likely to do with dpf being removed

here is a file with dpf & egr deleted with all associated p code delete
