2.5TDI V6 Project cars

Hi, just wondering if any members of this forum have made any projects from 2.5TDI V6 engines?
I'll start with mine, originally 132kw AKE engine, replaced the engine to 120kw BDG
- GTB2260VK Hybrid from 3.0TDI
- 106K Fuel Pump (Original was 106L)
- Upgraded injector nozzles
- 76mm downpipe and 76mm straight pipe
- Upgraded Clutch kit
For now - stock intercoolers. Already bought the intercooler (https://fmic.eu/en/intercoolery/46206-intercooler-jrspec-600x300x100mm-high-performance-fmic-high-flow-intercooler.html), need to buy pipes and hoses and fit them.

So far best 0-100 time was this, 2 people on board, had a little bit of wheel spin

Interested to see your projects, I know these are not very popular to tune, but maybe there are some people who has made some good gains with this engine

Updates on my car :) Very happy with the result, there are some slight fuel supply issues that needs to be solved, but so far so good for a 2.5tdi v6
