W211 km dissapear

Hello, after repair SBC on W211, km on display gone, I didnt touch EZS or dash on this car, only show ----- on dashboard, how can I fix this?

this is --Service mode-- using Star Diagnose ---Quick test --- and kluster ---- read DTC...!!
