New Toyota Denso Help!

Very very new to tuning. I have been searching for weeks trying to figure out what I need to get to tune my car with not much luck. Hoping this forum helps.

I used my OBD scanner the other day and it lists a Calibration Identification # and a Calibration Verification #. Not sure if that helps or not.

I bought a Kess V2 (clone) but after trying and researching online, I don't believe it will work.
I also bought a Ktag (clone) a few days ago, I am a little scared to try it since I have zero experience and since I will have to remove the ECU.
The last day or 2 I have been researching PCM-Flash (kmt clone version)

most likely you have a new gen 3 ecu so you would need a original tool to do the job

Its Toyota gen3, pcm ori work good, am do 3 car, be careful dtc mask, this processor has no boot, its bricked from bad file, and only new ecu)

I have zero experience with this kind of thing so I dont understand most of what you just said lol. And I can't afford an original unit. So the KMT clone with PCM Flash won't work? or Ktag?

I was really hoping for a plug and play setup. I don't wanna screw my car up lol Also, the state I live in doesn't allow any kind of ECU programming so its nearly impossible for me to find someone to do this for me.

Should I return both the Kess v2 and the Ktag?

Toyota ECU Not pain brother. first you must stop use clone shit tools with new expensive cars. use original tool it will be good not pain. use Original PCmflash with this ecu. if ecu damaged no recovery it will be hard

How much are they? Can you link me? I went to: PCMTuner - Home (tuner-box.com) (https://tuner-box.com/) and all 3 of their distributors look like they are cloned versions?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am not looking to tune other vehicles, just mine. So I really just need module 74 and the right tool to do it. ID/READ/WRITE. nothing else.

pcmtuner is a clone...be careful on this ecu..

you can find here official pcmflash for exemple but lot of dealers chiptuning tools sell it .. : official with module 74: 240 usd ..... don't forget this ecu don't support eny error ...!! lol
