ECU BMW EDC16C35 NEED BACKUP bmw serie àne E 87

hello
i have no communication via OBD in ecu ,CAS is ok
I have put a new backup for same ecu
now i have no comunication in bench mode
i must to open ecu and write by bdm
my original backup is good or no? some time the ecu is corupted in flash
maybe i have a probleme in power ecu 12V and massa?
i put my dump read by KT200
