Audi A8 2011 4H Gateway swap

Hi, m8s!
I need to swap gateway for Audi A8 2011 4H.
I have tried to remove CP online, but got error "No valid key".
As I understand I must to virginize the gateway first? If yes, can somebody help to do it?
The question is in hurry cause I have time only till Friday :(

htere is no virgin gateway.
If you receive that error and the key was keep on key coil (near AC) then key is aftermarket and is not in fazit.

Yes, the key was on key coil.
I don't know is the key original or aftermarket. Must check...
