Hello all. Please for help finding code Panasonic VD7003N memory FM25L16-6. Thanks in advance.
This chip is a bus speed device acting at ram speeds. This must be a newish set. Panasonic have changed the coding method. Is the set locked? If not enter an incorrect code and repost the dump.

Hi again. Thank you all for your help. Unfortunately, he had no success. But the problem is resolved very strange way. Until now I read memory with ELNEC. Recently decided to read it as SPI 25160. Make my impression that it is offset by 1bit. I wrote then read a ELNEC of having 25160. The effect was very interesting. Leave without code.
