Citroen Jumpy Adjust mileage

Hi.
I need adjust the mileage to Citroen Jumpy III:
The dash has 25020, and the BSI 25128.
The car has 59544 Km, adjust to 9000 Km.
I`m not sure if is necessary program the HC12DP512.
I use the software Licznik and tachosoft buy I can adjust.
