BMW petrol MEV9.2 dtc off

Hi friends. I have BMW X3 2.0i with Bosch engine ecu 0 261 201 160 Bosch DME 7 565 300 fuel injection is MEV9.2. I need to disable one DTC. DTC is 2C9C or P0031 Oxygen sensor Heating Before Catalitic Convertor. Flash file is attached.

Friends....how to read MEV9.2?
Ktag bdm port not working. My ktag wrong or other fault? F34DM002 adapter. Other adapter?
