Focus 1,6tdci synhro problem dash and ecu

Hi,
I have problem with this car .After flat battery the not start.
I try with Forscan but not succees. There is two eeprom from dash and ecu.
Dash is visteon with 9S12H256 and ecu with 95160 eeprom.
Can any help with synhro ecu and dash?
