what does HW:H18 mean?

hello friend , Hw would be the hardware , is it possible to clone only with original ktag and other equipment that has a function to clone MED17 Because these modules have OTP which is an area that few devices read and transfer this information , an easy way would be to do it manually transferring cs code , pin code and mac data to donor ECU ... send files from both ECU and I will do it for you
