Imagine the hypothetical scenario...........
A young woman gives birth to five children, by five different fathers. http://i.diynot.com/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif
From the outset she lied to the fathers on the nights of conception, about being 'sterilized' or on the 'pill' (or any other form of contraception), purely to gain from a very lucrative income from each father as child maintenance. (huge amounts depending on how much they earn).
So.................Why do these women seem to be immune from prosecution.?? Why arn't they charged with profiting by deception, or fraud.????.......
Am i on to something here......or am i wrong...????? :dontknow:

Nothings 100% when it come to contraception except abstinance.
In effect the prosecution would argue there ws no gun to anyones head to have sex in the first place.
The case would be simmilar to a shoplifters, you can hardly argue that someone told you "you wouldnt get caught" so i thought it would be ok.
You knew the risks when you threw your cock in someone so your responsible for paying for the crime.

It takes 2 to tango
Bit like driving somebody elses car, they telling you it's insured for any driver, you get pigged, you get 6 points and a big fine.
You check if it is insured or not your risk

Lived close to a woman some years ago who had 7 kids by 5 different fathers. She was always looked after by the state, loads of money, free school gear shoes and books, extension to her house etc. while joe soap went to work to keep her in the comfort that the state thought she should have. I think she is up tyo 10 kids now and as our community is not that big some of these kids may marry into close relatives in the future without knowing it or the consequences of that.

where does the law stand on sperm donors? can they be held financially responsible if the recipient's marriage / partnership etc breaks down and thy end up as a single mother?
providing of course that they can track down the "dad".. ( I believe that it's no longer anonymous now and that they have the right to find the donor? )

If a child is born from donated sperm, they can at the age of 18 find out wo the donor is / was. The person who donated the sperm has no repsonsbility whatsoever (as the current law stands) to support any child born from donated sperm.

Interesting as well from the OP that in the news a long time ago, there was the case of a young boy (18 ish) who was out on the lash with his mates, he pulls this girl, takes her back to his hotel room, gets jiggy with her passes her his name and number, and then during the next day there is a knock on the door and he is arrested for having sex with a minor.
The girl it turned out was 15, although she lied and told him she was 18, and she was in a nightclub, he still got done although his sentence was suspended and he was made to sign the sex offenders register.
The girl was 15

This is getting very common, but then how many of us pick a girl up in a club, and ask can I see your birth certificate or ID before we go any further? if you did most girls, even ones over 18 would just laugh and walk away, and then most under 18 have fake ID anyway.
Again no protection from the law for men in that situation and the girl never seems to get prosecuted for obtaining sex by deception or having forged ID.
