How to do Bilinguall Setup??

Can someone please advise how can I fixed the audio to left or right permanently in the dm500?? In the audio streaming, there is Stereo, Left and Right, how can I set to permanienlty left or right is it in the bouquet or which file is controlling the audio streaming??
