Hi ppl was just wondering abt getting a dm500-c and how the process works. Ive just managed to set up a debian server with cccam and usb infinity for the dm-500-s and now im looking to set up something the same with the dm 500-c boxes. Ive read the tuturials and seems to be to good to be true.
Basically what ive grasped is that
1. you flash box with image with dk v1.1
2. transfer keys and scee folders across to dreambox
3.Once flashed and files moved across just go to sp1 and hold info for 3 secs ??
Questions
1.Do you need to open any ports on router??
2.Do i need to connect to a server?
3.Can i run boxes from a server ?
4.Do i need a boxkey etc
I do appreciate the help, i was used to lifting chips and programming with my willem
and using an elvis so this sharing is all new to me. thanks marty
