I have a DM 500S and I need to add a channel to a specific bouquet. First of all am new to this and my supplier put a setup pin and changed the ftp login. And i don't know any of those two thing s. How can I add this channel to the bouquet? I read somewhere on this website that you can disconnect the antenna cable and then disable pin. Does that work? Oh I also want to disable this pin temporarily so can I put the same pin back like before? I just want to add this channel to the bouquet and thats it.
