DM800 Program listing garbled characters

Previously with dm800, I was able to get full english programme list and epg.

Now with dm800se, a couple of channels are showing garbled characters.

I'm quite convinced that the provider are streaming 2 languages. How do I get it become fully english?

Using Newnigma2-ramimaher for both.
