Dear Mates , i have Techi sat Express HD 2 computer Card , i insert in in the PC but the PC didn't recognized it i find that a conder fall from the car so i resolder it again ... i insert the card again inside the PC but again the PC didn't recognized it 
... under a magnify glass i find that a resistant near the power plug blowed i change it with other R but a random one sisnce the value of the R now writin on it the PC recognized the card but always can't find the software driver for it .. i wonder if the card cpu damaged or other item inside the card i wonder if any have experiance with there kind of cards ,
