Hi guys, I just got myself a FYHD800C-VI box, and set up everything.
The audio when I am viewing the channel is substantially lower compared to the normal TV channel.
And when I tried to watch my original TV channel with the box turned off, there a lot of signal distortion, I am seeing snows on my screen, and the screen only turns back to normal when I switch on the box.
Does anyone know if that's the problem with the box? Or we are supposed to leave it on at all time even when we are watching from our original TV source?
