My DM500C suddenly doesn't have any picture. Before this happened, the box was showing a channel ok, but the remote control was not responding. So I turn off the power, but upon turning on, there was no more picture coming out from the av cable anymore.
I have a null modem cable, and managed to get a backup image from the box. I understand that I need to have the keys and scce (anything else?) before I try flashing the box. I tried connecting the box to the router, but it seems that the box can't get any ip address. So I can't ftp in to the box to get those stuffs. So, is there any way to retrieve the keys and scce from the backup image?
