Urgent help needed here. I own a Q5 HD PVR box and did a software upgrade provided by AVGAL as per the link below

After upgrading the software and rescanning all the channels, I am able to get all the channel listings. However, I am only able to get the video images of all the standard channels like Channel 8, 5, U, Channel Newsasia and etc. I am not able to get the video images of all paid Starhub channels. Basically, the listing is there but I can't see anything after selecting the channels.
Any help to the above will be greatly appreciated.
