For those that have errors viewing from the browser mode, even std def channels cannot view, you will have to install the VLC software first. Google VLC and download the latest v2. After that you should be able to view the channels using the browser mode.

For those that can see std def channels, but the HD ones is blank, or only have sound, i believe you need to load in a new firmware (at least that works for me), search for OpenPli-Turko v01 DM500 CCcam 3.19-2013.img at the download section and flash your box (backup your keys) and load in the bonquet.

The image might be chappy if you use wifi, so i advise to hard wire all the Ethernet connections to the router.

Initially I was on OpenPli-15082013-img and is able to see all STD DEF channels clearly and smoothly through VLC and Web-X TV.
However, I am unable to see or hear anything from 226 to 233.

After reading your suggestion on changing image, I decided to give it a shot but to no avail. This time, I was unable to even see other channels in my PC.
    p/s: OpenPli-Turko v01 DM500 CCcam 3.19-2013.img is a crappy image. cant even load channel 5 and 8 properly.

also, where to turn set AVID PVID?

I reverted back to OpenPli-15082013-img for a solution from some seniors here.

    Thanks.

It seems that starhub or MIO started to take action on BPL channels. Last week was still streaming from my DM500C smoothly to watch on PC. But now there appears green squares and tears during streaming.. anyone having such issues?

Think you have not been keeping yourself updated.

The channels already running fully on N3 signal, no more concurrently with N1 signal thats why you are not able to stream via PC, not even sound.

I find with streaming HD from my 500c to my pc is a bit hit and miss, on some channels it just breaks up constantly where on some others its fine. Its not the network as my 800se (sat reciever) is able to stream all hd content with no hiccups, either my signal isnt right or the box isnt able to process higher bitrate streams as the sound still comes through the tv but it is also very jumbled. I will have to try an adjustable attenuator or something to see if I can get any improvements.
