Mvhd 800c-vi

Hi members, can check with you what is the problem with the set which I just got ?

I can see all the FTA channels but when want to see the GREEN channel with the programees selected, it does not have any images.

I have a old set and can see the channels, only using the MVHD 800C-VI , i cannot see.

What the problem?
