now that is no longer enough
i want to mess with it
i can get the the raw image but where do i get the cams
and anything else i will need

A well known toolbar for roms, most new images have bluebutton for downloading cams but have a look around.

Pli, gemini (but keep away from above gemini 4 as some have a time bomb in for clones) also available with download cams, edge nemisis, nemisis, Cli dw 2 did have, (may come back).

Also you can backup or extract ke** and Cams from your working image.

This is just to name a few.

All the images are primarily desgined for satellite but the software recognises what tuner you have in your box and than configures the image accordingly depending on wether it is a cable or satellite tuner in your box.

You need a Dm500S (S=satellite) to use it with S*y but unless you have a subscription you will only get Free To Air channels.
