Transponder only scans from Freq 166Mhz

I have edited out 6952 from bruteforce and added 155000 to it and added 155750 to the 6887 choice aswell
so try this cables file reboot after transfering and try a scan on either and see if it picks the channels up on either.

Missing Channels

I FTP into the box, trying to edit the services and bouquets files.

Here's what I came up with. This is the Bouquets in the userbouquet.*****.tv - /var/tuxbox/config/enigma/cable.

One way booster a to receive these channels

You will need a one way booster a to receive these channels, (Frequency is at 155 MHz)

The booster arrived today from fleabay. (Better late than never) Plugged it in, deleted services and bouquets and did a full scan. Waited for 20 minutes.

I've got all the channels back with some extra ones.

Use Dreambox Edit to sort out the bouquets into the correct order...

A booster from argos for ?11.99 called a SLX1P (only get that one none of the others)

and try that if it dont work you can get a full refund you will also need another bit of cable wire and and connectors to fit into the output connector on booster.

This might not work for everybody, all depending on how many
splitters you have in your home.

I have been following this thread as i am having a similar problem. i am going for the signal booster but i would be interested to see where i am goin wrong on the cables.xml document, i live in newcastle i think its 6952 that i need, would that cables.rar help me ? thanks

The cables.xml i uploaded is for 6887 not 6952
try deleting the bouquets and services.xml like tonssa did and do a scan.

i have re-imaged the box so there are no bouquets etc yet, still won't scan though.Just when you mentioned editing out 6952 i thought maybe the original with it in might help me ?

i have the booster plugged in tried scanning and so far no difference, anything else i can try? can someone list the settings i need to input in manual please?

if i do a provider scan cable uk sym 6952 i find e4hd and scifi hd then thats it. if i do a manual scan on 6952 freq 155 i get 10 chans argh im going mad !!!!
