Please could anyone advise how (when keys have been changed) new keys are generated - rather than needing to rely on someone else's efforts.
*** It appears that non free to air chanels change keys seem to change annualy at the moment - around May??
(may be a coincidence?)***
Also are the keys unique to an area i.e. UK / Swiss/ German etc
Where can I find any background info on this
