You will need to be more specific if you want some help.
Read some of the threads in RED at top of dreambox section.
To flash an image to box use DREAM-UP loader & null-modem
cable. If you are in UK or EIRE you won't be able to hack N3

on my draem500s how can i up date my channel ie like a rescan as i want the new channel and have lost a couple due to channels moving around

Depends on image but usually SERVICES SEARCHING
Select required sat(astra 28.2) & follow on screen prompts to scan
