please help with port forwarding on 02 route

hi van anybody help i have a dreambox which i would like to port forward i have a dyndns static ip set up well i think it is if i type my static ip in it connect to my router
any way can any body please help i have been reading for days with no louck as all routers dont set up the same i have a 02 wireless box 2
please help i have pulled all my hair out
