Hello .Looks like DVBMONKEY has got a reputation for not delivering the goods. I bought one last month and they emailed me an address to send it back to in Blackburn for testing r replkacement but nothing,now they have the box and my money.I have reported them to Google and I,m going to do it again to see if I can try and get them stopped advertising in Europe if nothing else.They are the pits.

I sent mine back too and didnt get anything back for ages then all of a sudden on Friday, got my box back and all in working order.

Not sure why it took them near a month but all good now.
