HELP Get channels back Please

Hi there can someone please help??

I lost my channels about 2 weeks ago and havn't had the time to look into this. I have tried to upload a new image to my Sagem Dbox2 but have now got the message "KIEN SYSTEM"....

This happened to me a year ago and someone helped me sort it out but I cant remember how.

Please can someone help?
