    Setanta back via remote??

    Hi guys,

Firstly thanks to all guys in the General Cable Section, with all the great help I have managed to fix my digivox in my bedroom.

I am having problems with my D Box though, up until now I have been manually inputting the keys, as I have never loaded an image on my DBox before and don?t want to end up messing my box up.

The keys have not changed since the 4th December, so I don?t mind manually putting them in when they change.

The only problem is, Setanta is missing, I done a search on here and seen people saying that there were 2 channels named setanta and one had to be deleted, I checked this last night and there is only one there.

Is there any way I can edit the settings to get setanta back via my remote??

Or do I need the new imagine put on my box.

    Thanks again guys.

nope you dont need a new image ,try getting an up to date service and bouquets for your area with the working ones in them then ftp them into your own box

Thanks for your reply mate, I have had a read through how to FTP data to the box, however, I have never tried it and fear totally messing up my box.

Could you point me in the direction of a step by step guide as to what I need to do and where to get the data needed to put onto my box.

Like I said, I wouldn?t mind manually entering the keys, but I need setanta back on the box, if you could help out further I would really appreciate it.

      Thanks again.

a service scan should get your setanta channels back into your unsorted bouquet list.
